Changes To How We Work (Coronavirus)
We sincerely hope that you, your family and your colleagues remain safe and well in this “new normal”.
If you need help please get in touch; we are doing everything we can to help businesses push through these difficulties. We’ve been busy helping clients deal with loans, payroll, furlough claims, sick pay and generally assisting in any way we can.
Like every other business we have been impacted by the virus, lockdown restrictions and the issues it brings.
We’ve made some changes to how we work in order to help keep our teams safe:
- The majority of staff are working from home for the foreseeable future.
- As a consequence we have mothballed our Manchester and Alton operations for at least 6 months while we consider how best to look after clients and staff in the future.
- Our Poole office is open, however all visits are by appointment only and if you are thinking about dropping in, please call ahead first.
- We are updating our phone system to make communications more seamless. At the moment there may be a little delay before phone calls are answered; in some case we may also need to get someone to call you back rather than put you through immediately.
- If you’d like to chat, we can use Teams or Zoom as well as phone or email.
- We are encouraging all clients to use our secure portal – Openspace – to send and receive documents and information. This cuts down on handling both for us and for the postal staff at both ends.
We also want to thank our amazing team for their hard work, flexibility and understanding as we try to help as many clients as possible during this challenging time.
