The first meeting
Your place or ours. Whichever, our initial meeting is always free and without obligation. This is how we get to learn about your needs and aspirations, and see how Addicus can provide you with the service and support you need.

The next steps
Following our initial meeting, we will provide you with a proposal for working together together with a fee quote. If we both like each other then the next step is a more formal engagement.
Engaging with Addicus
Having chosen to become an Addicus client and as part of our professional code of conduct and good practice, we will send you a ‘letter of engagement’. This confirms in detail the work we are to undertake on your behalf, who will be handling your affairs and the fees to be charged (either as a fixed fee, retainer or on a time and disbursements basis). It also details our payments terms.
We are required by law to obtain proof of your identity; this is a process which will be explained to you fully upon engagement.
Who will be looking after me?
All clients have an Addicus partner as their principle point of contact. In addition your partner will be supported by an internal team. From time to time and as your needs require, your partner may also draw on the expertise of fellow partners and colleagues from within Addicus.
What if I have an accountant already?
We have a service in place especially for people who want to switch their accountants.
